Being raised in a family-owned restaurant, Kimberly fell in love with the food culture.  Living in San Diego, Kimberly was introduced to an active, healthy lifestyle.  Graduating from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s of Science with a Food Science & Nutrition degree and a culinary background. This led her to work for huge chains in the food industry such as Foodmaker, Jack in the Box, Taco Bell, Rubios, etc.

Now, Kimberly wants to get back to Mediterranean roots and explore the fusion of Cali-Mediterranean cuisine.  Kimberly will describe in detail the health benefits each dish brings, while giving precise directions to emulate it into your own home.
